This week's SAM updates are about things doing what you expect. Sign-up forms on pages you build in SAM can now hand people a PDF right after they join your list, and you can see how a social post will look before SAM publishes it. Here's what shipped from Oct 13 to Oct 16, 2026, and what it means for the work on your plate.
If you're new here, SAM is SAM + 5 AI specialists: Ads, Content, Designer, Promotions and Social. It learns your brand and offer from your website, and your customers and sales from the accounts you connect. It's built by the founder of SamCart.
// 01Give people a free PDF the second they sign up
You promised a guide. Now they get it. Add a PDF to a sign-up form in SAM's page builder, and people get it after they join. You can pick that PDF from files you've already uploaded to your media library, so there's nothing to upload twice.
Two fixes make the form side more dependable:
| What changed | What it means for you |
|---|---|
| Editing a form keeps its settings | When you edit a sign-up form again, it keeps the redirect and email sync you already set. |
| Existing HubSpot and GoHighLevel contacts get updated | If a new sign-up is already a contact there, SAM updates that contact with the new details, so your contact list stays current. |
If you want ideas for what to put in that PDF, start with our list of free guide ideas that get sign-ups, then line up the emails that follow with the welcome email sequence guide.
// 02See your post before SAM publishes it
You can now see how a social post will look before SAM publishes it. Check the picture and the words before it goes out. A few posting fixes came with it:
| Where | What's new |
|---|---|
| Videos SAM posts to your Facebook Page play right in the feed, so people watch without leaving. You can also pick a time for Facebook photo posts and SAM schedules them. | |
| X | Add images to your X posts right from SAM. |
| Image posts go out to your LinkedIn profile right from SAM. | |
| Carousels | Change the look of one slide and the rest of the carousel stays as it is. |
| Videos | Upload videos up to 4GB. |
For the carousel side, here's how to make an Instagram carousel that teaches one thing.
// 03Page edits land where you asked
When you ask SAM to change a page, it updates that page instead of making a new copy. Your site stays tidy, and you don't have to hunt for the version you meant. For what belongs on that page in the first place, see our one-screen checklist for a page that gets sign-ups.
// 04Your ads use the product photo you picked
When SAM builds your ads, it now uses the product image you chose. You picked it for a reason, so it should be the one people see. If an ad has been running a while and results are sliding, our post on Facebook ad fatigue shows how to tell a tired ad from a weak one.
// 05Why this week matters
None of these is flashy. Each one fixes a moment where you'd have had to stop and check SAM's work by hand: did the guide go out, did the post look right, did the edit hit the right page, is that my product in the ad. Fewer of those moments means you spend your time on the calls only you can make.
